Section 120
Prohibition Of Providing House, Land To Be Used For Prostitution Or Sexual Intercourse With Prostitute
(1) No person shall
knowingly provide his or her house, land or means of transport for
the purpose of prostitution or having sexual intercourse with a
prostitute.
(2) A person who commits the offence referred to in subsection
(1) shall be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term
not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding five thousand
rupees or both the sentences.
